I run a pool in Montrose NY and could not say enough good things about this company. Rich the delivery person is the most knowledgeable and informative person about the products. He has taken time to explain our needs and has also been great about watching our bottom line. He was concerned that with a smaller chlorine delivery that we would be paying too much and wanted to make sure we needed it at that time or if we could wait another week to take advantage of tiered pricing.
