“The woman who did my hair here listened to what kind of trim I was hoping to have, and she did exactly that. I felt so heard. She washed my hair with a nice massage first, and then with magical, fluid movements, the trim was complete. She styled/dried it, and I could not have imagined a more precise outcome for what I was asking for. So many places get too happy with the scissors, but this woman listened, thank you!!!
