About a year ago I decided to sell the house my grandfather built in the early 1900s, my castle on my mountain, the entire decision was lengthy and hard, the easiest part was choosing Danielle to be my listing agent. We can't speak Neal Kolze's praises enough. He is an amazing agent. We came across Neal purely by accident and it feels like it was meant to be - we were browsing for a new home in the Catskills area when our GPS rerouted and led us to an open house Neal was hosting and fell into conversation, upon where he provided great information about the local areas. We immediately felt comfortable working with him. He's knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and always ready with an anecdote. Any time we had a question (and as first time home buyers we had a lot!), Neal was there to answer or to chase the answers down for us.
