When I purchased my vehicle, the window sticker indicated that floor mats were included. Unfortunately, the vehicle was delivered without them, and the manufacturer was unwilling to correct the issue. Despite this not being their mistake, the dealership stepped up and took full responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Not only did they resolve the problem, but they went above and beyond by providing a complete set of premium all-weather floor mats, which were actually an upgrade from the standard floor mats listed on the sticker.
