Their expertise and customer service have earned them high recommendations.
Brought my Lenovo thinkpad laptop in because I had a hardware problem: screen backlight stopped working (i.e. if I shine a light on the screen, I can make out white windows and some super faint text but it's almost impossible to decipher). Was explained timeline and what to expect. Got a call the next day that it was fixed! Communication is professional and direct. Very appreciate a business like this in the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back when I need other tech support and repairs. Thank you!
