My daughters laptop was slow to boot up , slow to do a virus scan, and during zoom sessions would occasionally freeze up, not conducive to a successful meeting. My daughter is an elementary school teacher and is also attending grad school classes online, so she needed the laptop fixed. Elliot of P.C. Med Center in Monroe did an outstanding job on her laptop. He replaced the hard drive with a solid state hard drive and added 8 Mb of DDR4 memory. The laptop now boots up and is ready to go in less than a minute, where before it would take over 5 minutes and frequently longer. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Only place I will ever go for any computer problem. Thought my new laptops camera was shot thinking something spilled on it. Prepared to pay whatever it was to get it fixed. They took one look at my laptop smiled and removed the sticker. Only place I will take any computer for device or help.
