I recently had a manicure and a pedicure at Nail Salon in Monroe, New York. The NEW owner Ellen was very friendly and very professional. I was very pleased by the service the technician gave me for my pedicure. Ellen gave me an excellent manicure. The salon was very busy and looked great! Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend Nail Salon in Monroe, NY!
