I was recommended by my Park Mgr to use MS roofing. I had an internal leak so
I had a handyman previously n said he sealed the leak.
A month later another stain came on my ceiling n I knew I needed a real roofer.
So Mike comes out (im worried he’s gonna fall thru cuz it was so long overdue) he’s up there 4 a while I was happy he was taking his time. Gave me an estimate.
But I wanted to get another estimate n see who was cheaper. This guy comes from another roofing Co goes up the ladder & comes back down, comes to my door
and says im not even going to go up there it’s so bad. Im scared I might fall thru!

Michael Stevens did the roof at our home. When we called for an estimate, he came promptly, explained what the work would involve, and gave a reasonable price. After we decided to go ahead with him, we were able to schedule the roof replacement shortly afterwards. The crew came on the scheduled day, set everything up to protect the house, took the old roof off, and put the new roof on. It looks great. We asked Michael to take care of a couple minor pre-existing roof-related problems, which he did. And afterward there was one other minor issue that came up. Michael came over right away and resolved it. We are very satisfied!

Had a great experience with Michael stevens roofing. Mike was extremely polite, professional and on time. They completed my brand new roof in no time and made the process easy. Even took there time to comb through the yard with a magnet to insure there where no nails left behind, which is great when you have dogs and kids. If anyone is looking for a great roofer, choose Michael stevens roofing.
