Very Professional and knowledgeable. Came by on a windy day to inspect the chimney in our new house. Removed a long dead bat, verified everything was in good working order, Gave me some education on how to work the fireplace and went up on the roof (still windy) to Install chimney caps. I had previously called two other chimney cleaners both of which never showed for the job. Third time was a charm. I called Bob in October when my husband had a stroke. Didn't know much about getting chimney cleaned ( hubby usually handles that ). Bob made time for us. He was on time, quick, polite and even took the time out to ask how my husband was doing. His wife Allison saw that we started a go fund me page to help pay for medical bills and lose of wages. They decided not to charge us and even made a very generous donation for us. I would recommend them to anyone. What they did for us really touched my heart. It so nice to know there are great people in this crazy world. Master Chimeny Sweep is #1 for us.
