I have been going here since I moved to Monroe 8 years ago. I never had any issues previously, but nothing great, either. I've gone for my checkups/cleanings, and I've also had extensive work done. On 12/11/23 I had my 6 month check up/cleaning. The X-Ray machines were down, so they couldn't check me more than the cleaning. The hygienist I had was someone I had never had before, and I was not a fan. The water wasn't being drained from my mouth, I felt like I was being water boarded. The dentist never even came in to look at my teeth, and I wasn't told by the hygienist of any potential issues. Now I'm having really bad teeth pain. in the,old Monroe office I waited an 45 min to get teeth cleaned, hygenist she lost my info couldn't find it on computer the mgr came in and found it. then I had to go into another room to get teeth cleaned. no toothbrush or dental floss or toothpaste given. boy in my days of working in a dental office we gave that out. so after teeth got cleaned again the 3 rd time I had to move into another room. then I had to go back out to the waiting room for the dr to tell me what's what up in the waiting room never got exam after the cleaning. and so I had a tooth removed in goshen office. I called because I have an emergency and the woman that answered the phone was nasty from the minute I started speaking. My children had bad experiences with the staff as well, but I called because I was in pain . I would not recommend them to anyone.
