The experience at this dentist was poor and unacceptable. The dentist exhibited unprofessional behavior, yelling at my wife in front of our children without justification. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also creates a hostile environment, particularly for children. Parents should not use this dentist for their family's dental needs.

Never have nor will take my daughters here. Actually googled this doctors office because the woman next to me in the nail salon doesn’t know how to use her “inside voice” and was so rude when on the phones. Come to find out that I guess she works for this doctors office. Holy rudeness. She needs to desperately get help in customer service skills and how to speak to people on the phone.

I’d be embarrassed if she was representing my place of business. The way she spoke to some people on the phone. Wow I was even cringing.

I changed my appointment two times , I am a single mother who work a lot to keep up with all the expenses in my family on the day of my kids appointment their dad took them, I never thought the doctor will speak nasty things about me and saying that if I come with my kids to the appointments he will not take them!!! They not professional at all and they lack understanding.
