He stood behind his work, communicated well throughout, and was incredibly generous with his time and advice. He's also genuinely respectful and supportive of the people who work for him. I'd happily call Jim and his team back to do any projects in the future, big or small. In fact, I very much look forward to doing exactly that in the not-too-distant future. Jim is the only contractor I've worked with (or received quotes from) in the area that hasn't left me feeling like I paid for more than I ultimately got. His quote was reasonable, quick, and there was no phone tag or endless nagging to get him to perform the work — even with his incredibly busy schedule. He took time to explain everything as he did it, spelled out all options, and the work he did was higher quality than I could've ever hoped for. He even took the time to fix a poor drywall job from the previous owners, which wasn't included in his scope of work.
