I'd happily call Jim and his team back to do any projects in the future, big or small. In fact, I very much look forward to doing exactly that in the not-too-distant future. Jim is the only contractor I've worked with (or received quotes from) in the area that hasn't left me feeling like I paid for more than I ultimately got. His quote was reasonable, quick, and there was no phone tag or endless nagging to get him to perform the work — even with his incredibly busy schedule. He took time to explain everything as he did it, spelled out all options, and the work he did was higher quality than I could've ever hoped for. 1 Time Construction is made up of seasoned craftsmen who have a lot of respect and pride for the work they do. Jim is a wonderful GC– great at coming up with fresh ideas and problem solving.
