In an area where it’s not always easy to find a dependable contractor, 1 TIME Construction is the exception. Jim and his crew arrived early, were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and they completed the entire job in just one day without ever making us feel rushed. They cleaned up everything before they left, and the finished work exceeded our expectations. Jim was fair, honest, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and stands behind it. We highly, highly recommend 1 TIME Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

His quote was reasonable, quick, and there was no phone tag or endless nagging to get him to perform the work — even with his incredibly busy schedule. He took time to explain everything as he did it, spelled out all options, and the work he did was higher quality than I could've ever hoped for. He even took the time to fix a poor drywall job from the previous owners, which wasn't included in his scope of work.
