Very gentle and sweet with my daughter when doing the piercing. The place was beautiful, it had a small section in the back to feed my baby and changing table if I needed to change her after. Offered water/snacks for my other two older kids who were there with me. Gave my baby a certificate and instructions of how to take care of it. Super welcoming and friendly! Loved it ??“
