Tried to get a quote from them to get radiant heat, oil to gas conversion, and adding an extra bathroom but they never bothered providing any quote even after I followed up numerous times with Yasmin. Rich came over and seemed very confident in their services and the job, and was supposed to get a quote within a couple of weeks. Carbone Plumbing is a very unprofessional business. They do not answer their business phone and when you leave a message they do not return your call. The work that they do is not professional either. They sell used products when you think you're buying a new item from them they are refurbished . This company should be out of business. They block their phone numbers so you don't know they are calling you when they do call you back. They charge you for things that are under warranty without you knowing when you shouldn't have to pay they are a very shady company. The products they sell to you are used and as a consumer we would not know.
