Never again. They did the landscaping around our pool. We even paid extra for sod. Year 1 it was so so (the benefits of sod makes it look ok right away). 2 years later it looks HORRIBLE. We have tried everything since this was done to make it look good. We just dug into multiple spots to find out they didn't use any topsoil!!!!! Sod straight onto dirt and rocks. We now have to redo the whole thing. Waste of money and massive erosion of trust.
I called to see if they were taking on new clients to do work for several properties I manage. I was greeted with a rude hello, and a line questions in which my answers were “vague”, and after I said this initial phone conversation was not giving me the best feeling I was told to “move along”.I was really hoping to find a lawn care service who can accommodate several projects and who are easy and kind to work with.
Northwest lawn & landscape are great people and do great work, would recommend to anyone. Small job, large job they do it all!!!
