Very knowledgeable . Arrived on time and checked my system. Also provided information to help keep the system running efficiently. He also took time to speak with me regarding issues separate from my hvac system. Would highly recommend Fausto and WK Mechanical
I will start with Alberto the salesman. He is very well mannered gentleman. Answered all my questions. Always called me back when I had a concern. Jay and Ricky our furnace and air conditioner well mannered. Did a great clean up job. Richy our water heater installer was also very well mannered did a great job. I am happy so far with the job they did.
My home HVAC was blowing fan quality air and not cool refrigerated air. I called WK Mechanical and the same day they sent someone. Jayden was the technician that arrived and upon inspecting my outside condenser/compressor immediately identified the problem and gave me a few recommendations and explained to me my options so that I can make an informed decision. I made my choice and Jayden was able to resolve the problem my unit had and had my home cooling down almost immediately. Jayden was very polite and skillfully demonstrated his knowledge of the trade.
