Paul L. from WK Mechanical was fantastic! He was punctual and arrived on time. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to review what needed to be done, and explained as he went along. He also provided warranty information. Paul answered all my questions. He took measurements/photos, and was able to give me an estimate pretty much on-the-spot.
I would highly recommend Paul and WK Mechanical without any reservations. Thank you.
WK Mechanical, Inc is a fantastic company. I used Dan to come and find a problem and he did find the problem, and did a fantastic job. He was very kind and polite and knew his business well . The minute that I opened the door I knew that I was in good hands and my problem would be solved. Such a relief. The kind ladies that you get on the phone when you call in could not be more helpful and kind. You get a real live person not a machine. I’m just trilled with them and to find such honest people these days is a hard call. I intend to stay with them for my heating and air conditioning and all other matters pertaining to my home. The technician was cordial and professional. He answered all my questions and resolved the issue that I was having, by installing the new zone dampners. He also tested them to make sure they were working correctly before he left.
