This is the second time I have used US Pests, the first time was for a very aggressive wasp nest and this time for an extraction (gophers who burrowed under our shed) and for an exclusion (some field mice who have been getting into our shed). Last time, the work was also amazing, completed by Darren the owner and this time it was a technician by the name of Victor.Victor was as professional and thorough as they come. I met him when he came to take a look and give an estimate. He showed me all the evidence that provided him with the information he needed to do the job. James from this company came, he was very nice and professional. He did excellent job and i recommend him and United states pest service. Also Freddy from this company is very nice and helpful when you call.

We had a yellow-jacket infestation from a hive in our ceiling, which broke! BUGS everywhere. We had to evacuate our home. But United States Pest Service saved the day! They responded so quickly and promised the problem would be fixed! Wesley came, and not only exterminated the yellow jackets but also got rid of the nest. He was amazing! Also, special shoutout to Darren who graciously assisted us over the phone. True professionals! 1,000/10 recommend!
