Shyster sums it up with this guy Mark Warner. I wasted three weeks continually asking him for specifics on a door purchase and installation to be documented on his business invoice. He would not provide it yet kept texting me a payment app seeking a deposit. At the end of three weeks Mark Warner's business site "Prime Time Construction" showed that he was permanently closed. Still, I received an additional request for deposit, saying he could stop by and get a check. Thereafter Mark Warner tried to call me twice...no doubt looking for money...but I did not pick up the call. My advice is...STAY AWAY FROM MARK WARNER. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE IT WON'T POST WITHOUT A RATING. AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW MARK TEXTED ME AT HOME ON A SATURDAY EVENING TO HARASS ME. AS OTHERS HAVE NOTED, HE IS VOLATILE.

Avoid this contractor at all costs. He will take your money and not deliver on his promise, cut corners at every opportunity that will leave you picking up the pieces, project will be left for weeks-to months at a time with excuses that he cannot find workers. The reason he cannot find workers is because he stiffs his subcontractors on their pay which will have them coming back to your house threatening to rip down their work. This man perpetuates wage theft, does not keep timelines, will have your building permits actually expire while you are left waiting. do not allow this person to steal your labor and endanger your home. I cannot stress enough this man will leave you high and dry and gaud about it. I have the screenshots to prove it. this man also operates numerous shell corporations, which I'm told by the best lawyers around, he does so to liquidate his assists thru bankruptcy after he inevitably gets sued. Google this man "mark warner" and 45 Dolson ave Middletown ny for a full accounting of the various entities he goes under to con others. All reviews under his previous corporate indentities follow the same vein of negligence, lies, missed timelines, and catastrophe for unsuspecting homeowners.
