I read the reviews but took a chance.I thought I needed to get the USB c replaced because the phone was no longer charging with cable, only wireless was working.So iCalled to see if they did that work. Staff mentioned bring in the phone, so he inspect it. He also mentioned that I should repair instead of replace it so I don't ruin the phones warranty, and I can keep the factory parts all in tact. He mentioned it would take around 20 minutes. And 20 minutes or under it was it was.?only 40$for my phone to get repaired. I didn't have to send out my phone or be with out it for hours.
