Excellent work yet again on three pairs of boots. New heels on two pairs of riding boots and replace/repair sole and heel of another set. Work was outstanding and the price was fair. No issues with language barrier nor did I have a bad customer service experience. Great small business with excellent craftsmanship!!!

I was so impressed with Middletown Shoe Repair! I brought in two pairs of vintage jeans, and Susan was able to expertly tailor them to my size. At first, one of the pairs of jeans still didn't fit; but Susan re-worked it at no cost and now it fits like a dream. Her work is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell she is highly experienced and skilled. I would trust Susan with any of my faovorite items, and will be back!! Highly recommend supporting this local shop!

Had a pair of high end cowboy boots repaired here-new leather sole and rubber heal. $65.00.If you need a repair that just functions this place may work. Time will tell there but seems like it will hold up.The fit and finish however was a 4/10. No care taken to keep clean edges or fully smooth the leather. Rubber sole was rough too.Also, they lost my inner sole (original leather one). Because of the language barrier they told me to just come in to discuss. It's about 20 minutes from me. When I was in town I stopped in. They looked for 2 minutes and said they didn't have it.
