Deep tissue massage is my go to. With the help of Stephanie of Soul Real Wellness, we are alternating between cupping and hot stones. Couldn't be happier and it's improvements are noticeable.
I highly recommend trying Softwave with Dr Diego!! If you have arthritis or tendinitis, you should consider trying a few Softwave treatments. I have less inflammation, less pain. Just came back from vacation where we walked miles every day. Thank you Dr Diego!
Excellent treatment. Very satisfied. I drive every day from Rock Hill to NYC. My lower back was very painful. I had this problem since 2015. I saw several chiropractors, thinking someone could fix the pain. Sometimes it would work for a few days, but then it would come back. Until I visited Dr. Diego Marmanillo in December 2024. The first treatment was like the others. The pain went away for a few days and then came back. I went back again and asked Dr. Diego, “Is there anything else you can do to take away the pain?” He said yes, there is a treatment that athletes use, but some insurance companies don't cover it.
