Just started both chiropractic and Soft Wave treatments with Dr. Holst and Dr. Diego. Can’t say enough great things about these docs, treatments and practice and how much better my body is already feeling after only a short time. Highly, highly recommend Middletown, Health, Wellness and Chiropractic as well as the holistic soft wave treatments for joint issues!

I’ve worked with Dr. Diego before and he’s a great chiropractor. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They have a cool foot scanner and I was able to get custom orthotics covered by my insurance. Highly recommend!

Just had my adjustment and GOOD LORD, I feel amazing!I’ve been on my bike more without hesitation because my back is no longer killing me. My sciatic pain is almost non existent and my shoulders. Just Wow!I have not taken any pain meds to sleep at night for weeks and it feels crazy to me.Guess what? I also stopped drinking coffee all day. I have some (1/2 cup) in the am before getting on my bike and then none for the rest of the day. It feels awesome to feel awesome.I honestly thought it was age - nope I just needed a little TLC for my joints and nerves. Thank you Middletown Health, Wellness & Chiropractic
