I was there for a friend recommendation and some guy did my haircut, didn’t even remember his name and did a terrible job, I asked him not to cut to much and he didn’t stop cutting and cutting at the end it was a terrible results. He try to fix it taking for ever to finish… any way i will never come back… I don’t even think the guy should be doing this is totally not professional putting someone with no experience. Ruined customer haircut like that…

I called to try to make an appointment a women answered the phone and when I said I wanted to make an appointment she hung up on me. I called back and no one answered. Very rude and horrible customer service and I didn’t even get the chance to give them a shot. Very disappointing.

This place is great I came in Friday to get highlights and she treated me amazing and took her time whith me she made me feel comfortable and at home she was super professional and I loved my hair !!100 percent coming back !!Service: Balayage
