Kathleen is your architect if you need floor plans created. She is an amazing individual. She will be able to guide you if you are unfamiliar with what you are doing, as we were. She never failed to respond to an email at any time during the process. I am so glad that we chose her, she exceeded my expectations and more. When my husband and I were looking to finish our bonus room, we saw Kathleen highly recommended and now I can see why. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and is clearly experienced in the field. Not only that, she is quickly responsive and very thorough.
