“First, I want to thank Zam Services so much, on behalf of my family, for responding to our emergency electrical issue so quickly. Rommer the Electrician gave us his honest, expert opinion right away and put our minds at ease.
We had an Electrical Emergency and had no electric, since my husband had to disconnect it for our family’s safety. Our previous 38 year old Circuit Breaker Box almost caught my home on fire! It's located in my bedroom and I heard a sizzling sound coming from it. I immediately shut the Top Breaker off, which I was taught shuts the electric off in my entire home. Instead of it shutting the power off to my entire home like it had always done in the past, it sent electric to every other Breaker in the house! The sizzling sound got even louder! My husband immediately disconnected the electric on the outside of our home. When he came back inside to inspect the Circuit Breaker Box closely, he said the electric surge was so powerful, it melted a couple of breakers!
My family is so happy to know that our new Circuit Breaker Box, Entrance Cable, and New Outside Emergency Shut Off Switch are all installed perfectly and up to current New York Department of Housing codes. Rommer did a fantastic job! When he was finished with the installation, he clearly labeled every single switch inside of our new Circuit Breaker Box, and his helper completely cleaned up the workspace.
