Maureen had a lot of patience for my 5-year-old granddaughter. She wasted no time and her hair was perfect for her birthday and Kindergarten moving up ceremony. I will always go back to Maureen!Service: Hairstyling

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality I started going to this stylist because I am not always good in making prior appointments since my job is far, sometimes I get home late and I am just exhausted, or I am running here and there, trying to get important errands completed. I looked online to see who would take me the same day or at least the next day and I landed at the "Creative Touch Salon." Maureen is very professional hairstylist. She is patient and takes her time to understand your needs and the hairstyle you like. I have had several bad experiences with braids or extensions where the braids were too tight so I took them out the same night, the next day or within 3 days. I went to a different stylist prior to Maureen and although the ladies were very nice, the box braids were huge, not what I wanted and my head hurt so bad I had migraines and sores in my scalp that began to puss. I didn't last 4 days with them and took them out. I have had similar experiences with extensions too tight or they irritated my scalp, where my scalp was tender. Maureen took her time and she allowed me to express my concerns and questions. She explained the hair I needed to buy, and her technique for styling the hair. I didn't want to be a nag, but in my nervousness I asked a thousand questions and I had contacted her a few times about the style. However, she answered all my questions in stride without hesitation. Since I have been going, she always answers politely without getting upset with me. She is awesome. I love my hair and it is going on 4 weeks. I have washed and conditioned my hair, and it still looks wonderful. My hair is growing quickly so I will have to get this redone soon. I am so pleased. I have no sores, no irritation on my scalp, no dandruff, no migraines, I can easily wash my hair and scalp and I am so delighted I took a chance and went to this stylist. I also made a new friend. Maureen is absolutely wonderful.
