Thanks to Paul. I had electrical problems at my house with an entire wall that had NO power on both sides affecting 2 rooms. He was able to troubleshoot, explain everything to me and turned out it was a PSEG issue. BUT in the meantime, he did let me know my breaker panel was about 40 years old and not up to code. I have to trust this was the case, considering my house was built in the 1950s and I have only been here since 2013. So, while he was here, I decided to have him put in a new breaker panel and surge protector for peace of mind. Extremely cooperative. Daniel was one of the nicest technicians I have ever had with. Ross. He was very efficient and worked extremely well in changing my air conditioning system into my heating. System. I would certainly like him back in the Sorijg.
John R was on time and very professional. He kept me updated every step of the way. He took his time and did the job right. He also did a great job on cleaning up after the job was done.
I dealt with John R and Andrew C and they were both very professional. Also, the staff at the main office always called me with updates where the technicians were and when they would arrive at my house which as we all know is definitely a plus.
