Pro Spec home inspection was great to work with. Russel was amazing, he was on time, took his time going through the house and once the report was sent he answered all our questions we had for him! We definitely will recommend to our friends and family.

Russ was amazing. He genuinely cares if you will be happy in your new house, and it shows in how detailed he is.We are buying a 100 years old home, the inspection took 4 hours, the realtor said she has never seen an home inspection taking so long.He checked every inch of the house, literally everything he could so that we weren't surprised with anything after purchase. I followed him through the whole inspection and he explained all the issues to me which was very helpful.
