I visited this dry cleaning service based on my sister’s recommendation. My husband had dropped off a bunch of items, and later, to my horror, I realized I had left some valuables in his suit pocket. With a heavy heart and little hope, I went back to the shop. To my complete surprise and relief, there was an envelope with my valuables waiting for me.
The honesty and professionalism at this establishment are unmatched. Whoever runs this place truly deserves recognition for maintaining such an impeccable operation. I will wholeheartedly recommend this business to everyone I know.

I left a valuable pin on my sweater and called the store when I left. They assured me it would be under the counter when I picked up the sweater I can get the pin. I didn't get to go right away. When I picked up the sweater just as I was promised the pin was in an envelope with my name. Thank you, Jackie! Great price and customer service.

I have been using Pressed Cleaners since they opened. They generally do a decent job with a random exception of heat cracked buttons or a missed wrinkle. While inconvenient, most of the time they replace the button at no charge. I understand the closing during the spike of Covid-19 and glad to see they have re-opened. For many of us who still work full time and need to drop off or pickup outside work hours, the modified 9-5 hours open do not work for us. It would make sense to either open early and close early if needed. This way we could drop off and pick up in the mornings. Seems to be a common sense plan. Hopefully the owner, Jeff, will consider this.
