From the minute I walked in the door, everyone was pleasant, and helpful. I waited no longer than 3 minutes before going in a room. Mary was fantastic. All info was taken in no time. When she was done, Dr. Nishimura was in the room 2 minutes later. Everything was explained in a way you could understand, and all my questions were answered. He took his time & did not feel rushed.
