I've owned a hot tub since my restoration from Hurricane Sandy. It's was 3,100 and runs on 110v / or 220v. About 4 years ago, the heater element broke, and also the original spa cover needed replacing. The office seems to be small , I say because when busy or not in office I got voicemail few times. Don't worry though, the lovely lady who calls you back does so quickly as possible and really, truly helps us clients get the service we need. Then I'm the field , I've had the privilege of getting Paul several years ago, and again now Mid June now here on Long Island, NY. They are a Superb, they are courteous, respectful on phone, and my property. The technician actually shows what isn't working and why. In my case this time. Here in Freeport NY, we had an extremely high tide that flooded local streets and was 1 inch from coming into my house and without me knowing, entered the spa from the patio deck it's sitting on. Over months it corroded Mother Board, and pump and heating element. All is PERFECT, money well spent .I'm a real client, I'll leave my contact info with Yelp so you can verify. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this magnificent company for your needs. BTW I'm having severe back pain issues, and the lovely lady over the phone in some office, asked respectfully about my medical issue, and made me a priority to help me have working tub for the only relief I can find. They were great Tom supervised installation he is smart and friendly and excellent, Sophie in the office is terrific, helpful and smart, and Paul is helping with maintenance, also great
