June 2022, Update: One star. Only got a response once this original post was published. And not with apologies for ignoring a client for weeks on end but rather to voice dissatisfaction over seeing my initial post with requests to take it down and absolutely no attempts whatsoever to try and fix a broken client relationship. Being a nurse practitioner myself, I know quite a bit about quality patient care and customer service. This person has zero knowledge about the latter. It’s a shame, because the work itself is worth mentioning. But that’s not enough, unfortunately. September 2021: Have been trying to get in touch to set up an appointment since July. It’s been weeks. Very confused. 🤷🏻♀️
