Hello! I'm so happy with your company. I had Chris and his helper (I apologize hugely for not remembering and you were so friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the oil burner flue!). Chris cleaned my fireplace flue and showed me the end result. He kept the work area clean and protected. He answered all my questions and explained about building a fire properly. Both flues passed inspection. Quite satisfied with their professionalism. Thank you for your service.
Following up from my original post - I needed Chimney MD to come back and check on my liner because there was an odor from exhaust in my backyard. They came immediately and quickly found a serious problem with my boiler. Chris the technician was so helpful and thorough in explaining the situation. They didn’t even charge me for the service call!. It is so rare these days to find a business that is so honest and reliable. These guys are top notch. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.
