I have been with the Sele Dent family discount plan for years. I have been extremely happy and truly grateful for this plan. I had gone to a dentist and after receiving the estimated cost of my sons 2 cavities I didn't know what I was going to do or how I was going to pay. I then found Sele Dent. Myself, 2 daughters and son were able to go to the dentist for less than the 2 cavities were going to cost and that included the yearly Sele Dent fee. I highly recommend Sele Dent and the employees are also wonderful and always helpful. Just today I spoke with Kevin and he went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. This insurance sucks and the representatives are ruder and more patronizing than DMV workers.
I feel like I'm asking for a favor when I call Seledent.
Furthermore, The owner also does not seem too professional.
He/she actually responded in a very schoolgirl, snarky and nasty manner to another review.
I guess the employees are just following the attitude of their leadership .
Maybe it's a toxic workplace and the employees take it out on us.
Either way, I hate calling and asking for information.
I wish they had a more updated website where clients can just access their personal information.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from an associate, Mike Gunther. He helped me to track the status of my missing dental claim and was very helpful and professional.
