I was referred to Sayonara Pest Control and I couldn't be more impressed. I had a bird stuck in my fireplace, and within just two hours of calling, they were at my home. Mike, was extremely professional, punctual, and handled the situation quickly and safely. It's rare to find such fast and reliable service these days. I highly recommend Sayonara Pest Control to anyone in need they truly went above and beyond!
Both Carmine and Tommy were very friendly and nice. They were able to set a trap with some food in a small crawl space and get the raccoon out of our house. It was 600 dollars for the trap and capture of the animal. Unfortunately they were unable to find where the critter came from. And were hesitant in looking in the crawl space to find where it came from. They also did no clean up of fecal matter or urine left behind by the critter, so have to call someone else for that.
Sayonara is the way to go, I called and Thomas was able to fit me in for the next morning to help me with my bird and squirrel issues. It was more of a job than expected as They had to remove a in wall A/C unit to really inspect the area for the birds. Things were done professionally without damaging anything and all was placed back as originally set. Definitely showed knowledge in what needed to be done. Would definitely use again and would recommend highly to friends and family.Services: General wildlife removal
