Dr. Cosman and all the staff there are great. The exam was very involved with many tests I have not experienced before. I was referred to a UR retina specialist (Dr. Bessette, who was fantastic as well) to correct an issue after my initial exam, which meant I had to wait to go back to Lake Plains of Brockport get a new prescription after that issue was resolved. If course, that was the right thing to do. Highly recommended.
100% happy with everyone that I've met here. They took great care of me and found my cataracts that I didn't realize I had. Dr. was amazing and the surgery went so smooth, I had no problems afterward. Ive worn glasses since 1st grade, Now I can see so clear and only need reading glasses.I recommend everyone to go see them for your eyes.
Same day service with local people and text message reminders! The location is literally in the middle of a residential block (almost like a quiet home of its own), so look for the road signs to find it.
