When i say Heather was phenomenon.. I kid you not . From the moment i planned my girls trip to do one of her pole dancing for a party of 13 she was so helpful. When we arrived she made us feel relaxed. We're looking forward to doing another girls trip back to the studio, we had a blast. Thank u for everything ?
Shimmy shimmy is such a vibe! Heather has totally mastered the balance of fun and fitness. Learning pole is downright poetic. Even though Heather looks like an elegant ballerina on that thing, she is very down to earth, welcoming and her form is goals. Even the people that go here are gems and so are the other instructors. Really worth trying out - its a great time!
I love coming to Shimmy. Heather is so incredibly talented, creative and also very patience! You can tell shes been doing it for a long time! The class is so much fun and its an amazing workout! I used to do workout classes but those classes became boring after a month. With shimmy, theres always new moves to learn/master and the more you go the better you get. And theres nothing more satisfying than when you finally nailed that move that you couldnt 3 weeks before ?
