I had an appointment at the Medford Visionworks on Monday, January 5, 2026 @ 12.40 pm. Someone called me from Visionworks around 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me there was no doctor in store, so my eye exam would be done using Telehealth. I could not believe this. How's this possible. I never heard of an eye exam using Telehealth. The young woman explained Visionworks has been using Telehealth for 10 years. I asked why wasn't I informed of this when I made appointment? She had no answer. My Glasses BROKE when I took a Fall not just the frames but the lenses got some deep scratches. Luckily when I bought them in May I took out a WARRANTY that was offered .Took them back to the Store 11/14 they honored the Warranty Today 11/21 picked up the new Replacement FAR OUT
This was my second year going to this location. Even though it was busy, the workers tended to me with undivided attention and care. I didn’t feel rushed and they asked genuine questions about my lifestyle in order to provide me with what works best for me as an individual
