The Tech came to my home on time, installed and loaded the new printer drives with operational tutoring to make sure that everything was working correctly for what I thought was an appropriate price for all services provided. I will call them for any future computer needs I may have and recommend them for any computer issues a customer could have. The young lady who works in the office is also very polite, helpful, and patient for the computer illiterate such as me who needed help with explanations whether it was billing or calling the office to ask questions.
