Subpar experience, I was asked to pay before polishing (this is totally normal) she told me the total for my service ($25) and asked if $28 was ok and I agreed assuming that was a tip. I paid with my card. As I was leaving she proceeds to chase me outside and tell me “I forgot to leave her a tip”. Moral of the story, come with cash and know that tip is EXPECTED regardless of how you feel about the service.

I have been to every nail salon in and around riverhead Unsuccesfully. I was never happy anywhere I went. Finally I decided to try mattituck and went to Nails by Vivian and I have NEVER been happier! My nails are PERFECT every single time whether you see Brian or Vivian- They are amazing and So nice. They remembered my name after the first time and everything you like! They are the BEST!!!

Best Nail salon on Long Island I recently moved up island and have tried soooo many different Nail salons and they don't seem to measure up to Vivian's Staff. All so professional and sweet. It's always a lovely experience. Please do not go if you don't respect the service Industry!! Nothing upsets me more than hearing a rude costumer in Vivians shop. If you are a "Karen" go somewhere else, everyone here deserves kindness and respect. if you get away with your rudeness at another salon , stay there. Terrific vibes, clean , professional , cant find a salon that's better.
