The staff is very professional, highly experienced, friendly, warm, welcoming, client-focused and organized. And the barbers can give you any cut you'd want, from traditional to current styles, with a broad array of additional services (e.g. coloring and blending)...gotta like that. The shop itself is pleasant, clean and organized. (btw make an appointment so you don't need to wait long).
