$35 copay to see therapist. $35 co pay to get your medication refilled by psychiatrist. Psychiatrist WILL NOT refill your medication without a monthly standing appointment so they can get their $35 copay, plus the co pay on top of your therapy sessions. They will tell you at first that your psychiatrist will monitor your medication thru your therapist and no separate appts would be needed. Then after you get in it’s a different story, and they set you up for double billing. Disgustingly exploitative of sick people who are just trying to get better instead they’re using us as a cash grab.

i’ve been waiting for a session this March and when I asked him what was going on, they said that they’re still trying to find someone at this point they should tell me that they’re shortstaffed or something so they can go somewhere else

This is a very unprofessional office! If you are in need do not come here, they will tell you that no one can see you for 6-8 weeks and they don't care if you are in need. If you leave a message for the doctors or staff you will never get a call back. When you call the office you will also often get messages that their mailbox is full. I honestly don't understand how this place stays in business. It is horribly managed and obviously short staffed, don't waste your time waiting for this office. I would suggest that you go elsewhere especially if you are in need of quality care.
