Everyone I have ever encountered at Massena Town & Country Vet Clinic has ALWAYS been extremely pleasant, friendly, kind, and all around amazing. The love and care for animals is always obvious in all the employees.They are also very comforting and empathetic in tough times with your furbabies.

Thorough with good explanations. The resolution of my issue was most satisfactory. At first, I felt ignored, as the tech diagnosed my dog before meeting him. Then again, she was right :-). I was put off by disparaging comments about my breed. Such generalizations are off-putting

Very professional. Informed by the Dr. of the major surgical procedure given to our pet. Afterwards follow up with vet asst. was just as informative as to the medications given and why they were needed.
