About RRH Massena Hospital

I normally go to their Potsdam location but I was not impressed with their staff. I had some testing to do and scheduled it here.. I was very happy with all the staff i came across.. very kind, courteous and professional. I would recommend getting your testing done here if possible.
I had a grand maul seizure while asleep the night before last. My wife took me after it had finished, unfortunately i was still very out of it, i was ill tempered and belligerent, ripped the sticky things off a few times and climbed out of the ct machine during the procedure but the staff was amazing, patient, they were extremely supportive towards my wife and helped get me settled down any time I thought I’d waited too long. I’m so sincerely sorry I was such an a hole. They were truly amazing. They also set me up with appointments before I left the er to ensure follow-up care.
All my experiences here have been amazing. I've taken my infant, toddler and my tween and each time we're in and out with the best care. Not only were they quick and caring but every single visit they've called me the very next day to check up on whichever one of my monkeys I brought in. Definitely appreciate them.
