They provide reliable, on-time water delivery. The water people are the best. They work with customers on deliveries, and all employees are very pleasant and willing to help. The crew is the hardest working and provides great service. They are always helpful and cheerful, especially during inclement winters when deliveries can be hampered. If a delivery is missed due to weather or a driver cannot make it into a driveway, they will call and get back that same week so customers do not run out. The water is great quality and the best solution for hard water. The staff is incredibly friendly. Residential delivery is easy and reliable. Customers feel taken care of, and issues are few and far between. The business is very professional but also down home and neighborly. The water and delivery staff are both five stars.
This is a great local company to deal with! We switched to the smaller three gallon size bottles a few years ago because of an injury I had. I had surgery three weeks ago to repair the injury. When our driver , Aynsley came today, he was short on this size. Without me asking, as a solution, he offered to replace the empty bottle on my cooler with a five gallon bottle, saying they are much lighter empty. Thank you again! Great guy, great service, great local company!
Hardest working woman i know! Great crew and service been getting water delivered to my house for 10+ years if your delivery was missed due to weather or driver can not make it in your driveway, they will call you and get back to you that sane week so you dont run out.
Johnston’s Water is the best! We were having some issues with our rented water dispenser over Thanksgiving and left a message requesting a call when they opened again after the holiday weekend. Robin called me personally the same day, even though they were closed, to help me figure out the issue. Talk about top-notch customer service!
Having their residential delivery is so easy and reliable, and the water is great quality. Their staff is incredibly friendly, and I always feel taken care of— although, issues are few and far between, so I rarely have to reach out.
