House of Groom

House of Groom provides a personalized and positive grooming experience for dogs. The owner, who is sweet, honest, and respectful, offers one-on-one attention and love while helping dogs get clean and feel great. Grooms are by appointment only, ensuring that dogs are scheduled at specific times and owners are contacted when the groom is complete. The process typically takes 1-3 hours, depending on the dog's size and condition.

The grooming approach is fear-free, using minimal restraints (if any) and only positive reinforcement. Dogs are free to be anywhere in the shop or in a padded kennel if they prefer, and the owner always lets them choose. The goal is for the dogs to enjoy the process and be happy to return the next time.

Customers highly recommend House of Groom, praising the owner's kind, considerate, and compassionate approach, especially for dogs with anxiety. The owner takes the time to make the dogs comfortable and ensures they have a positive experience, rather than treating it like an assembly line process. The quality of the grooming work is also consistently excellent.
