Good work with dry cleaning and tailoring. One less star for their unfriendliness. It does make a difference to be greeted pleasantly rather than with indifference. The previous owners were much more cordial.

They are an absolute breath of fresh air in the otherwise smoggy world of dry cleaners. As you can see from my other reviews of dry cleaners, I have had decades of bad experiences with dry cleaners until I found this place! I have only had excellent experiences with them. They care about what they do and it shows. I've never had a cleaner more effectively remove stains and clean my garments. The tailor service is excellent as well. I used to live around the block from their location when I first started using them, I have since moved to Suffolk and will only go there for my dry cleaning needs! Definitely a happy customer.
