Been coming here for 8 months. Place is clean (5 star) but annoyed today(2/11/25). Esther had signs posted that gel is going up $5 on March 1. But charged me the extra $5 today and when I asked her why, she responded that my nails were long and required more time to trim(so 2 star)!.That really ticked me off. Then she looked at me and started to ask if I going to tip(which I had already done). I am going to price other places before I come back.

I came into the salon with a crazy idea in mind and John and the team completely exceeded my expectations in every way. The salon itself is big and bright, right on a main road, with plenty of parking in the back. Everyone is super nice and greet you with a smile. This place is clean from floor to ceiling - not a single dust mite in sight. The tools are properly sterilized after each guest. First I want to say that they do a great smart gel manicure. John is terrific and very detail oriented. The salon is very clean. I have been a customer for many years and came back after the shut down as a loyal customer. I am not happy with the fact if you make an appointment you wait. There are some people who are too interested in everything else happening in the salon to start and finish the manicure efficiently and timely. There also seems to be a disconnect with pricing. My daughter has been repeatedly charged more than me for the same service! Times are tough, their prices are high and I know a lot of people who have moved on for the above reasons!
