I came into the salon with a crazy idea in mind and John and the team completely exceeded my expectations in every way. The salon itself is big and bright, right on a main road, with plenty of parking in the back. Everyone is super nice and greet you with a smile. This place is clean from floor to ceiling - not a single dust mite in sight. The tools are properly sterilized after each guest. My BFF & I started going to Esther Nails over 2 years after having a bad experience @ Smart Nails. (BFF got a couple of nails infected & owner said it wasn't there fault .....REALLY??????After that experience, we switched nail salons to Esther Nails, Massapequa Park. Plenty of nail salons on Park Boulevard, Massapequa Park but we chose Esther Nails.Very experienced & staff is very courteous & friendly.
I started going here over a year ago and absolutely have had all positive experiences. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my nails always come out great (thanks Esther!).
