I found South Shore Aesthetic Dentistry a few years ago, and I am so grateful I did! The office is beautiful, the environment is very welcoming, all of the receptionists are wonderful, and my hygienist (Maggie) is the best! I currently see Dr. Prensky, and have had nothing but positive experiences with him! He is really awesome! When I first needed work done on my teeth, Dr. Prensky made sure I felt comfortable, made me laugh, and made the experience smooth and pain-free. I only ever leave reviews if a place is 10/10 and needless to say this one is 10/10. I came to see Dr. Crivello after being recommended to him by a friend and man was he good. Him and his team worked fast, but not rushed. They made sure my cavities were handled with zero pain and even managed to squeeze in a cleaning that I was desperately due for. The follow up and check ins to make sure my teeth were holding up ok was the cherry on top. Will definitely be making his office and team as my primary dentist. I’ve learned to expect nothing from my dentists in the past but it was nice to have a positive experience for once, no secondary appointments needed!
Called today as a new patient due to what I thought was a loose cap. Called to make an appointment and was told the earliest they could get me in was in a week. The receptionist also assured me that they would call me back if a slot opened earlier which was fine.
Not 10 minutes later they called me back. The receptionist said she spoke with the doctor who said he didn't want me to wait that long and to come right in.
Where do you find service like that nowadays? And on a Saturday!
Arrived, receptionist and staff were extremely nice. Met Dr Josh who checked everything out for me.
