I walked in to the store half hour before closing time on a Tuesday. It was Jeff and Elijah closing that night. I was out of there in about 25 minutes. Both Jeff and Elijah were very friendly and helpful. Jeff is professional and takes his time to explain the process.
When my insurance first dictated using Visionworks for my eye care my wife utilized the Massapequa office. After that for convenience , we went to the Rockville Center office and after numerous and unsatisfactory service we went to the Garden City office. During my last visit in Garden City we walked out in disgust. My my wife and I scheduled an appointment for Massapequa. I must say my experience Friday night in the Massapequa office was the best experience I ever had with a health care provider in all my yearThe optician Geoffrey and the manager Maritza were beyond competent and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
