I was highly impressed by Doug, Joe, and every employee from Allied who I encountered. Doug was knowledgeable, personable and professional, even in some challenging circumstances. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and executed the plan thoroughly and efficiently. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service Doug and his team provided and the high quality of work they did. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We discovered that our furnace was not working this morning. We called Allied Heating and even though they were totally booked for today, they were able to squeeze us in. We will continue to use Allied Heating for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Excellent service. I called with a furnace that was not igniting. The communication was very good. Someone came within 2 hrs. You know when they are coming and who is coming with texts and even a picture of your technician. Dom was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was with my thermostat and installed a new one. In and out in less than 1/2 hr. Not a free service call as some HVAC companies advertise, and the thermostat price is higher than if you went to Lowe's and put it in yourself, but you are paying for an expert who solves your problem in almost no time. Well worth it :)
